Position Summary:

FoundersCard is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team in our Midtown Manhattan office. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Assist with marketing initiatives across various channels, including digital marketing (social media, email marketing), content marketing, etc.

Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor social media trends.

Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Responsible for administrative tasks including creating internal landing pages, partner benefit pages, and referral codes

Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Assist with event planning and execution.

Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in marketing.

Experience with content creation and graphic design.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Things to Know:

• This role is in-office full time. Our office is in Midtown Manhattan
• This role will include travel up to 20% of the time
• The compensation range for this role is $75k - $100k
