We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our team. JOB SUMMARY The Inside Sales Associate role is a full-time sales position based in New York, NY. You will contact current customers (no cold calling) with different sales and retention initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Become well informed on Membership benefits, Membership tiers, and the overall value proposition of FoundersCard. Make outbound phone calls to existing customers to communicate opportunities to upgrade their subscription to a premium plan. REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years sales experience in a fast-paced sales environment Knowledge with premium airline, hotel, and travel brands preferred Strong phone and professional writing skills. Experience working with Executive-level clientele Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and while you are proficient in sending professional emails, you are not afraid to pick up the phone to resolve an issue Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This is a full time in person position based in our Midtown Manhattan office.
