When does my complimentary Membership start?
Your limited-access trial Membership begins on the day your application is approved. You’ll receive an email notification and an SMS with instructions to access your account.
What’s included with my complimentary Membership?
During your complimentary limited-access trial Membership, you’ll have full benefit browsing access, and can redeem a selection of benefits in each category.
What’s included with Elite Membership?
Elite is our highest tier of Membership, which unlocks every benefit we offer, high-level status upgrades, valuable business credits, and more. If you’ve requested more information or we think it might be a good fit for you, you’ll be offered the opportunity to upgrade after your application is approved.
If my application is approved, can I redeem benefits right away?
Yes! Simply follow the instructions on each benefit page. Status upgrades may require processing time, so be sure to request them right away.
Will I receive a Membership card?
You’ll receive a physical Membership card after your first term renewal, or when you upgrade to Elite. Be sure to keep your mailing address up to date in your account settings so that your card can be personalized and ordered. Most benefits can be redeemed online, but if you need to show proof of Membership during your complimentary trial Membership, a digital version of the card is available within your Member account settings.
